Tom, Gary and all; I have not received a response from the SEC. Also, I noticed that Gary's response is from SEC Education/Info. Tom has been communicating with "help@sec.gov". I sent my message to "enforcement@sec.gov". It appears that SEC Info and Help are responsive; but Enforcement is not???? Maybe they are investigating me??? Oh well, we'll see, perhaps an answer is forthcoming. Just keep three sheets to the wind; and happy investing; Frank
