So who will run out of cash first - MU who will get revs of about $600MM on costs of $1.2BB (and probly make a write down of about $150MM), or Samsung who are making a profit - partly due to their lead in RDRAM production?

Even if Micron sees the light and starts making RDRAM, the 845 will have brought RDRAM down to a price where praps only Samsung will be able to produce it at a profit.

If DDR doesn't take off, what will happen to MU?
