I support McCain actually. Isn't he a Republican? The Moderates are your party's only potential salvation.
If you're talking about Bush-Delay-Barbour-Cheney supporters, they're a corrupt and hopefully decreasing breed. So far the Bush spin machine has kept the truth from the public's ears and the press at bay. But not for long.
The Orange County poll showing 55% there now think B-C have done a poor job on energy is just the beginning. That's conservative Republican Orange County. Little by little the dam of truth is going to break on these guys no matter how much soft money they spend lying to us. Just saw on CNN they spent 15 million on pro-energy anti-Grey Davis disinformation attack ads in California alone since January and there's not even an election on. Where did they get the money? From gouging us. Why are they trying to cover up? Because they know their rotten thieves and they're guilty. Even the Republican party is being used here, corrupted, bought by the energy business and treated like mindless sheep. Telling me Republicans don't care about breathing clean air and drinking clean water? At least some of them must. And their big tax break just went right into the Texans pockets. Do Republicans really approve of that? Of pigs at the federal troughs? How could they? How could anyone but the direct beneficiaries? This is not even about liberal vs. conservative anymore it's about honesty vs. lies and theft. No good Republican should stand for that.
