steve, micron doesn't need profits as long as the capital markets keep handing them billions. rdram is not the savior of anybody. it is niche. toshiba is bailing due to lack of demand for rdram. supply and demand rules for these commodities. btw, i think samsung probably produces dram cheaper than micron.
