Just my take on this and I am a share holder. I don't see this as any thing huge because it is basically saying that Franklin, like everyone else, is using what is basically known as the industry standard, "Rockwell Technology"....and to further emphisize and I quote the first line: Franklin Telecom today announced that it has entered the FINAL DESIGN PHASE to incorporate the widely supported K56flex architecture from Rockwell Semiconductor Systems into a series of new product models and services. This to me, just states they are incorporating a design. Yeah, what's the big deal! If I were a company building something, I would build around a standard too. Please don't take me wrong! I want this stock to go up very badly. It would be great if Rockwell announced something like we love this small company called Franklin Telecommunications and we want to work with their technology! It just sounds like we (Franklin) are sucking up to Rockwell.... and again I will take another quote from the same announcement: We at Rockwell are happy to have Franklin Telecom and FNet join the industry's top communication equipment manufacturers and Internet Service Providers in ENDORSING K56flex technology and making it available to their customers and subscribers. Notice how I used caps for "endorsing". It sounds like we are serving their needs and that we are endorsing their product. Big deal! I want Rockwell to announce or publish something on their web site saying,"FRANKLIN TEL. HAS BUILT THE HOTTEST PRODUCT USING K56FLEX TECHNOLOGY" and then have the Franklin icon next to it. This to me is fluff. I'm sorry! I am mad and pissed off about this quit period. While I am here, I would like to thank Raleigh, Vic and a few other that I can't think of now. Jeff
