I believe you're referring to the violation of Federal Copyright Infringement laws governing the reproduction of other people's material already protected by Copyright laws within the legal and criminal jurisdiction of the United States... here's the official Web site, the laws are clear..... lcweb.loc.gov If so, whoever is doing such a thing would be wise to cease and desist before the Feds come knocking at their door.....
