Dale W.: I agree entirely. Instead of listening to the ANALysts, I listened to the CEO's as they reported miserable earnings and, to a man or woman, said that Q3 would be even worse. I had predetermined that if a summer rally did not occur in July, it was not going to occur at all.

I think you are correct -- investors will finally throw in the towel September and October. That will be the buying opportunity worth waiting for. Meanwhile, I'm preserving capital in anticipation of it.
