bilow, of course i don't know who is the low cost producer. i don't think anybody does. i seem to recall micron sued someone (samsung, LG OT SOMEONE) for dumping - ie, selling below cost. micron lost. perhaps mu was near cost and couldn't believe a competitor was still making money - SURPRISE! i also recall some companies making money while mu lost money - though the accounting is complex. try depreciating lehi and add that into mu's cost and i KNOW mu isn't the low cost producer. of course, poor management decisions don't count as a real cost - ha ha! ;-)
