CISI email: OTCEliteGroup-feedback-123@lb.bcentral.com

In our profile just this past Thursday on CISI we told you how impressed we were with the actions CISI has taken so far. It is for this reason we are sending out this update so soon after to bring a recent event into light. CISI released news on Wednesday referring to their most recent appointment to their team, however, soon after learned of information not disclosed previously to them and CISI management took swift action to rectify the situation. We encourage everybody to read the news released on Friday addressing this issue. This news further exemplifies our reasons for being so positive on CISI. Management again has shown just how dedicated it is to building a company with quality people. We also find it very commendable that management came right out and openly admitted they made a mistake, took the corrective actions and are ready to move on. They did not try to hide it or make excuses.

CISI and its management are moving ahead with their business plan and at a very quick pace. We fully expect they will be closing on this LOI with Sovereign Resources in the very near future. Again, we feel this is just the beginning of greater things to come with CISI. The volume has picked up in the past week and we expect it to continue. Once CISI has their team in place and announces the closing of the LOI we expect that it will attract many more investors and the upside could be explosive as we previously stated in our initial profile. Please take the time to do your dd and read through the news they have released to date.......

(COMTEX) B: CIS.COM INC - Terminates Consulting Agreement With Michael J B: CIS.COM INC - Terminates Consulting Agreement With Michael J. Skopos

Vancouver, BC, Aug 03, 2001 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- CIS.com Inc. announces that, effective immediately, the Company has terminated the
previously-announced consulting agreement with Michael J. Skopos. This decision was made following the receipt of previously-undisclosed information regarding
Mr. Skopos' prior involvement with Sky Scientific, Inc.

CIS.com would like to thank those shareholders and other concerned parties who brought this matter to the Company's attention.

Although CIS.com conducted a pre-employment screening, neither Mr. Skopos nor any of his references disclosed the Securities & Exchange Commission's ("SEC")investigation or the serious nature of the SEC's findings regarding Sky
Scientific, Inc., with whom Mr. Skopos was employed as Chief Geologist and Project Manager between March 1992 and November 1994 (for the complete text of the SEC decision regarding Sky Scientific, Inc., please see:
sec.gov.

Said Allen Smith, CIS.com's President, "subsequent to yesterday morning's announcement regarding Mr. Skopos, we received information from a number of sources regarding an SEC investigation of Sky Scientific, Inc. and Mr. Skopos'
role with that company which had not previously been disclosed to us. CISI is very close to completing the Sovereign Resources acquisition, and the assets
owned by Sovereign are too substantial for there to be any doubts whatsoever regarding any member of our team."

In closing, Allen Smith stated that, "Quite honestly, we made a mistake. However, as President, I am committed to building an entirely new company, and hope that the Board's immediate response to this matter will assure investors
that all CISI officers, directors and consultants must have spotless records and impeccable credentials as a precondition of employment and association with our
Company."
