STEM Been a good gainer + 25% President George W. Bush has asked the national television networks to forego programming for eight to 10 minutes beginning 9:00 p.m. EST so that he can announce his decision on whether to allow federal funding for embryonic stem-cell research. FT EDIT: I have a feeling he is going to say no... but that is what has been taking so long, his concience says no but the politically right thing to to is say yes. ... It' still a crap shoot but there is some money to be made if you get it right.
