I am sending a fax to IL congressman Jerry Weller. It is wrong to give a special break for what is in effect a gambling loss. I was hit by alternative minimum pain in the ass tax last year and damn straight I feel I should get the money back too. That was money I honestly made and did not lose gambling. This guy must be an idiot if he thinks this is what southern Cook county and Grundy county wants.
