OT - Better surfing w/out big brother watching - To follow up Roebear's mention of spyware detection software - there is a ton of great FREE software available at cnet.com For instance - you notice all the pop up windows these days? (thestreet.com has way too many) Install "pop up stopper" (for IE only there are plenty for Netscape)boom - they disappear w/out changing proxy settings. Those slowloading ads? AdSubtract makes them invisible. It makes the net a less annoying, faster experience. t d
