That is real nice of CIBC world markets to re-iterate its Strong Buy with a target of $30/shr. However, if past is an indication of future results, this usually means they want to get rid of their own shares as quickly as possible at the best absolute optimum price! And by the price reaction of the stock one can safely conclude that! Analysts are nothing but a bunch of low life charlatans, thieves and in short pimps who would sell their own mother on a dime if they knew she could make them a buck! JMHO of course.
