Bulls refuse to throw in the towel. This week's IIA numbers and Chartcraft commentary: Bulls 46.0% Bears 27.0% Correction 27.0% "Bullish Advisors moved down to 46%, while the Bears were at 27%. We still have to work off the extraordinary low reading of Bears we saw three and four weeks ago. Sentiment is Bearish. Advisor Bearishness is Strongly Biased to the Buy Side by the expectation that the Feds Rate Cuts will turn the economy and the market around. People are also Bullish based on tax cut and Tax Rebate."
