I agree global warming is real and human emissions are probably the major contributing factor - though the increased brightness of the sun is also important. Sulfur and other emissions of aerosols and particles are causing a large cooling too of course. Where I am skeptical is the degree to which the climate will warm in the next century and the size of emission cuts needed to stabilize the climate. I suspect from my own research that both could be smaller than the IPCC orthodoxy suggests.
