Well, that is a point. But our Constitutional system is designed to protect the minority from a "tyranny of the majority" as well from real injury. Being in the majority is no guarantee that one is also "correct" or "just". In this case, my major problem is that most of the arguments which are advanced to support what appears to be religious intolerance on the basis of the alleged injuries which would be suffered seem largely hypothetical or highly improbable given the current state of the law.
