Ron Struthers believes the location of IPM's property is a miner's dream. I believe it is a nightmare and it is the worst possible place to try and build a mine. Why?

Phoenix is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.
Arizona is an attractive hot spot just like Florida and California but with
less overpopulation and social problems. Phoenix is attracting its own crowd of the rich and beautiful.

The exponential population growth of Arizona will put huge demands on a limited water supply. Who do you suppose they will cater to? The taxpayers who are willing to pay high taxes to live in a sunny climate or some dirty miners operating just outside the city?
