Hi Trade! OK girl, starting today, I'm back on my get fit kick. Gotta drink my water, gotta get in some cardio, gotta get in my weights...gotta stretch stretch stretch

Started my calorie counting to get back on track...have a couple pounds I'd like to shed in a month (that upcoming wedding you know & my smashing bridesmaid dress!)- counting my breakfast and lunch, I've got 300 calories left for the day - and there's alot of this day left! WHOA! Tomorrow, I have to carve down my morning calories and eat a better breakfast.

Have to take my girl to a birthday party this afternoon. What are the chances I won't care for the kind of cake they are serving?...slim & none!

While she'd napping, pre-party, I'm going to get a workout of some kind in.
