Coronado is paradise (I hope no one is reading this), but it's still a small town, and everyone should leave home for a while. Just think, I would have never spent eight years experiencing the absolute best of Manhattan! My wife and I even got to live alone for five months (over Christmas, no less) in the 9-room Penthouse apartment at the Plaza at company expense, while we looked for a coop. It was like rambling around in Versailles. That was our intoduction to New York in 1979. Not bad. I hear it's going for $7,500 a night now, but that seems steep. I'd like to return to Coronado again. I have alot of lifetime friends living there and we visit often. Being out of the techs and into gold these past weeks is certainly helping!
