A quick selloff might not provide the all-clear signal that bulls are looking for. It might mean the opposite. The market is at critical support levels. If it breaks through those, sayonara. Chances are that it'd move lower then.

In my opinion, which, sadly, is not informed by CNBC's Inside Scoop on the Wall Street Information Machine, the market is still overbought. But my opinion no longer moves the market, since AG stopped calling me last year after a foolish quarrel over the work of Ayn Rand. And I'm wrong so often that CNBC has stopped asking me to appear on "Buy, Hem or Haw?" Why don't they have a show called "Short, Cover or Hold"? I guess too many small investors would make money.

Where can one buy a Wall Street Information Machine? Do they sell them at Home Depot? Is Wall Street a good brand name? (I've heard the opposite.) Are they available in models that don't run on dollar bills? I'd like a solar model.
