Thank you for this article dated Aug 3, 2001. It is a little late for the blowoff at 43 cents of 100,000 shares opened yesterday. Since then it has been pulled back to 30 cents.

The buy out in a bankruptcy court, if happens would be for assets and assuming the prefiled debt. Alas, the stockholders hold only stocks, unless the present management will make deals to give something to the stockholders. If the stock action was due to insider knowledge, then it could be good news. The stock may bounce higher when market makers recover their shorts.

If only the action of 2+ million shares on Tuesday could be insider knowledge??? The news as reprinted started the run. Could it be that market makers wanted to sell off their inventory?
