I'll go to 100% cash now, if you promise to notify me, the day before the dust has settled (so I can get back to 100% long). Does this sound like a reasonable plan? BTW, I went to 70% cash in January 2000. Telling people, now, to get defensive, is about a year too late. Now is the time to be trying to catch the bottom (carefully, incrementally, while still lightening up on the rallies).
