Before this stock goes anywhere, they are going to have to do a private placement. They have been unable to do this to any great extent. Unfortunately now that the price is so low they will have to issue a shit load of stock to come up with any significant dollars. Besides if STS couldnt raise money with a diamond property that was so prolific that all you had to do was turn over the dirt and pick up the diamonds, why will they be able to raise cash when all they have is some land that might or might not have any value.
