Thanks for your note. I was monkeying around with the computer and came across the R-S recommendation about 20 minutes after it was posted and was able to pick up 6000 shares at 3 3/4. ( Probably the first time in my life I was in the right place at the right time! )
Anyway, R-S has a reputation for really hyping and pushing their small cap pharmaceutical recommendations ( e.g. Medicis Pharm, probably the most overpriced co. on NASDAQ ) so I agree with your assessment that the upside here is significant ).
