Tetratel Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with the Dimension 3 ("D3") of Woodland Hills, California in which D3 will promote and distribute Tetratel's EyeFX 3D television products to the television broadcast industry.
Mr. Daniel Symmes, President of Dimension 3, commented "We have reviewed most 3D electronic glasses products available in the industry and have found the EyeFX 3D Television product to be superior in all respects for our broadcast customers needs."

TETRATEL'S EYEFX 3D PRODUCT SELECTED BY TDV TECHNOLOGIES
EDMONTON, AB, August 9, 2001 - Tetratel Inc. announced today that it has
been awarded a three-year contract to supply its' EyeFX 3D product to True
Depth Visualization Technologies Corp ("TDV") of New York, New York.
Terms of the agreement include the supply of EyeFX systems to TVD in which
the cost of the individual systems are dependant upon sales volume
milestones reached from 1,000 to 100,000 units. All sales are based in U.S.
Dollars.
TDV has an aggressive Internet and retail campaign to promote the sale of
the EyeFX 3D system for viewing TDV's unique 3D broadcast events both over
Internet and television. TDV's unique broadcast content includes the first
Miss e-World pageant, the first e-World Chess Championship between Chess
Grand Masters Kramnick and Karpov, live Premier Lingerie and Fashion shows,
