They get it through hospital-to-physician connectivity relationships (err, so who pays), duplicate transaction services offerings (hey, I bought it once, let me pay for it twice just to be sure), internet advertising (always a winner!) and by milking the uncertain economy and the spending decisions of physicians! But of course!<G>
