Based on the financing theory on the RB boards, I have to think that we, the original stockholders, are about to get hosed again with a huge reverse. It is not in the best interests of the management or alleged financeer to let the original shareholders recoup their losses, so they will not let the price rise without having significant holdings (the holdings they will get in equity portion of their floorless convertible).
Here is the plan IMO:
1. 500:1 R/S (to get over $5.00/sh and issue more stock w/o a by-law change)
2. step up to an exchange (amex?)
3. do the floorless convertible financing to run the stock up over $10.00/sh (for offshore marginability)
4. watch as mysterious offshore companies short the stock back to a penny and cover with the convertibles.
Very simple - Very easy
Financeers get their money back AND the company, and the s/h base gets the shaft.

As always JMIO,

John
