Excellent Reply, Charles. I agree with your comments 100%.

Something that I would like to add is that many "technology-oriented professionals"
tend to fall in love with a given technology. There is nothing wrong
with that emotion if it is put to good use. For example, as an engineer
believing in ADSL, one can go work for AMTX, PAIR, MOT, or another
company involved in that field and come up with great ideas and designs.
However, as an investor the last thing anybody should do is keep buying
a stock because he or she believes in its technology. I have made this
mistake many times in the past and as early as a few weeks ago with AMTX.

Somebody here mentioned that AMTX chart looks a lot like IOMG. He is right.
Let's face it. The party is over for now. AMTX must come out with some proof
that it can translate its technology into hard cash before investors decide
to get back in. PAIR was in the same boat a couple of years ago.

In short, I will not get back into AMTX unless I see positive cash
flow with major orders for their modems.

By the way, I do think AMTX or WSTL will be taken over by some of the
big networking companies, perhaps even CSCO.
