In my estimation there is a now

about 100 mil shares that have been sold short by MM's...

Many of us who have been here long term remember that at the last shareholders meeting
99.9% of the O/S was voted. Considering there were (as I recall) over two thousand individual
investors...it is a statistical impossibility to have 99.9% of the share holders take the time to
vote. 50% would have been a reach.

The question is how to combat that?

8 other long term investors and myself are working on removing many, many shares from the
float. We are holding for three to five years. Yes, this does help the day/week traders - but they
also help with large volumes and bringing the company to the attention of others.

This worked once before, and I am only thinking out loud, but many other investors (in another
company last year) added 10% to 20% to their positions on a Monday. This later became known

as Assault Monday and broke the back of the MM's that were at the time holding the share price
down. Just some thoughts.
