Bush to allow limited stem cell funding cnn.com My take is any rally is worth selling into tomorrow. The debate goes on. It's basically a no funding vote as I see it for now. He took the politically correct middle road. There's a reason he made it to President and he used that political talent to keep from saying an out right no which would have had a huge uproar from the Dem's and many Americans, but yet he didn't allow funding on new research on newly taken stem cells. FT
