Welcome options traders. There are some strategy analyzing tools that can be very helpful in furthering your understanding of options strategies. Some of you may be able to comment on the commercially available programs. There is a set of tools available on the web at hoadley.net I have been using the Excel based, downloadable strategy analyzer, and have found it to be very nice for projecting the evolution of a strategy from inception to expiration, and for comparing alternatives. I recommend this as a minimum to aid in our discussion. Thank you to Mr. Hoadley for making this available. Dan
