But you sure sounded as though you were going on that assumption. The debt and the likelihood of chpt 11 are my main reasons for NOT liking exds. Plus the bus they are in is going commodity.

it would be a lot cheaper for any potential suitor to wait until they file, then they can kiss off the entire stock mkt cap, so why would they do it now and have to give any bone at all to shareholders?
