Watching ADRX up 7 points. 08:07 ET Andrx (ADRX) 60.20: Rallies 8.8% in pre-market on news that AstraZeneca (AZN) does not plan to list two aaiPharma's (AAII) patents in the FDA Orange Book. By listing the patents, AZN could have delayed FDA approval of the Andrx's generic version of Prilosec.
