Condor, FiberCore's difficulty in securing financing for their expansion of manufacturing plants is not that big of a deal, IMO. If the company keeps showing those glowing numbers straight through this tech recession, I believe a bank will cough up the loot they need. It sounds like they are unsure of where would be the least expensive expansion location. . . bang for the buck. And that is what is slowing them down. But you have to admire their particular problem compared with the rest of the fibre optic sector. . . .with many companies looking for money just trying to stay afloat. Rande Is
