Well, the fact remains the market went for lunch in the spring of '00 and hasn't come back yet. Not that TRKR has done everything right either, necessarily. However they still have the doors open and they're still on the job . . . AND they still have a case against TUMI the outcome of which we (including you) still don't know. I see you nicely hedged your bet over on RB by saying you can't rule out the possibility that TRKR may win its case against TUMI. You seem to have come down four square on every side of the issue. Nice goin'!! You can't lose!!!
