Thanks for sharing your perspective. I cannot be sure of high returns going forward either. I hope they do, for obvious reasons.

As for real estate cycles, I think WRE is well-positioned in that aspect. They operate only in the vicinity of Washington DC, and you know that big government expenses will always keep on increasing, recession or no recession! That makes the DC area unique as far as real estate is concerned, IMO.
