"Bets? <vbg>" Sorry I forgot about you. I agree to live in Britain you probably would need the most money to survive and if Jerry wings you over on the Concorde the rest of us will have to hike. I met some interesting Brits that live north of me, they came from an area in England along the Welsh border and have an almost Australian twang. We had some exchange students here, two were from Iceland and one from England (N. Yorkshire). The English the Viking kids spoke was pretty good the Yorkshire kid I could not understand. "OTOH I've said before I wouldn't go on Springer if they paid me... to call it 'witless' would be a compliment. It's too dire even to be cult tack." I have not owned a t.v. in 3 years, but we did rent a highlight tape one time and I thought it was funny. I have known Brits who have very erroneous ideas about Americans and I suppose they get these notions from shows such as Springer. The most bizarre murders and sexcapades seem to happen on your side of the pond. Great to see Tony B. bombing Iraq. That should keep the myth alive for a few more Bond films.
