"six month to dissipate the discipline" - Hilary is correct. The Clinton Administration gets high marks for fiscal discipline - meaning shrinking deficits. The Bush Administration is just not as fiscally responsible in its budgets. The price will be paid by the boomers when they retire. Fortunately, I am not a member of the boomer generation.
