Jeepers, Stew, try to get it right. I never said "TRKR may win" its case against TUMI. I said it might get something -- if only because infringement cases are expensive, and settling for a few bucks (irrelevant to TRKR's success) might be cheaper than fighting. I also said TRKR has a big incentive NOT to settle -- because a weak settlement might reveal just how little of what TRKR owns that is remotely possible to infringe. If there is anything clear in the world, it's my views about TRKR: it has NADA. There are real barcode tracking companies out there, and have been for years, and TRKR is just talk. >> Well, the fact remains the market went for lunch in the spring of '00 and hasn't come back yet<< That's just awful. TRKR went from (what? 84 cents?) to essentially worthless -- you can't blame the market for that. Especially since meanwhile lotso REAL companies that really sell 2d Barcode systems continue to make money -- in comparison to TRKR that aside from its illegal and discontinued credit card scheme never made ANY, and never even received revenues apart from stock sales. - Charles - Charles
