You're right - you did say you might get something out of a "settlement". My error. What I don't get, however, is the logic in TRKR suing TUMI and then putting off a settlement, as you suggest. Once it's in the courts does it not proceed, period? Would TRKR have even filed in the first place if they didn't think they had a reasonable chance of achieving an appropriate (+/-) resolution either by judgment or settlement? I hardly think so. Whatever else you may think of them I don't think they're stupid. As a matter if fact, I DO have some other junior stocks that have fallen just as badly in the market downturn.
