The weather changes constantly. The scientific debate and all the demagoguery is about the climate.

Duluth MN. on average has 2 90' days per summer. This year they've had 5. Big deal.

It sits on the shores of Lake Superior which has an average temperature of 35' so it's almost always cool there. Consequently no one there has air conditioning.
