Mr. James W. Davis is a globally recognized innovator in the electronics industry with extensive international business and technical experience. He is the former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of IBM Personal Computer Company Premium Brands while holding positions of Senior Technical Staff Member and Member of the IBM Academy of Technology.

During his twenty-five year (1968-1994) tenure with IBM, Mr. Davis led a worldwide team in the development, manufacturing, and initial worldwide marketing effort for IBM's Energy Efficient Desktop System, the PS/2-E. He led an IBM corporate task force chartered to formulate a $500 million dollar IBM PC company build-to-order strategy.

Mr. Davis holds 12 US Patents and 21 IBM Invention Publications. He was the recipient of IBM's highest honor for Technical Excellence and selected as one of the Top 50 R&D engineers by Industry Design News in 1993.

Mr. James Davis joined Intel Corp. in 1994 as Director of Intel's Home Computing Laboratory. In this capacity, Mr. Davis was responsible for developing a "consumer" focused Pentium platform strategy that would go on to exploit the Pentium microprocessor's raw performance in bringing applications to consumers.

Mr. Davis has since gone on to launch numerous high technology companies and is a pioneer in Interactive Television, transaction based e-commerce, the $500 PC, wireless home networks, remote player electronic games, and interactive game devices.

Security Biometrics Inc. is in the business of developing, marketing under license biometric enabled Gesture Recognition Technology (GRT) specific to the multi-trillion dollar banking and financial transaction markets.
