Hi kapkan4u; Re Intel and "cheapskate". Every time I do a contract with a big company, they pay me (what I consider to be very) late. I used to think that this was because they were making money on the interest. But I've come to the conclusion that it's just a part of the accounting process. If company's did operate this way, they'd leak cash to small contracters. And if you think it's hard to get cash out of Intel (or AMD, for that matter), imagine what it's like from the other side. It's probably incredibly expensive to force a small contractor to give you back an overpayment. -- Carl
