I still see lots of overvaluation in non-tech, remember, many of these groups (especially manufacturing) are in a recession and have decling profits...and EPS was pumped up in many many stocks by the same balance sheet-robbing techniques made popular by the techs. I think PE's will come in some more, more importantly earnings will continue to contract for 3 or 4 more quarters at a minimum. That's where Abby, Applegate, and all the other "equity strategists" who are predicting an SPX of 1400 and such this year are way, way off base. At least Bill isn't calling it a buy, which sets him apart and above most of the others.
