Kap, re: This characterization is too generous for a multi-national corporation going around screwing little guys. Yep, that's part of their corporate culture. I think it's part of their mission statement "at all times, screw the little guy as much as possable". In reality, you heard one side of a story. And your bias propelled you to a conclusion. John
