Tim, currently the Bush administration is asking for $23 billion for the oil/gas/coal industries. Could someone post a link to this story? I've not been able to find anything on it... I saw it on CNN where two Congressmen were discussing the issue. Someone else on this thread mentioned it as well but I can't remember who. I will try to find a link.
