Nobody is predicting revenues. Merrill Lynch had $450M, $450M, $450M, and
$500M for the next year, but that was when JDSU predicted $450M for next
quarter. A time to buy is when revenues stop falling. At least, then, a valuation may
be made. I just checked ML and they have $360M, $360M, $400, $450. That is
$1570M for 2002 and then they estimate $2190 for 2003. 6 times 2002 sales is
$7.15 and 6 times 2003 is $9.95. Current prices are reasonable for these sales levels
and they are just above the companies break-even target.

Again, a time to buy is when revenues stop falling.
