Are you claiming that all Arabs hold such beliefs?

Not all Muslims hold such beliefs because I know some fine folks from Afghanistan who believe that extremists on any side are a danger, and they despise what is currently going on with the Taleban.

And I also know that there are some Jews who would rather kill a Arab just as soon as look at them.

It's the extremism that is the threat. And right now, the majority of extremist activity is on the part of the Palestinian Authority and the groups they provide safe haven to.

Btw, I'm still trying to figure out why you brought up Hitler's perspective towards the Jews.

After all, he also believed that Arabs were sub-humans as well. The only thing the Arabs and Nazis had in common was their mutual hatred of Jews.
