Bill, As soon as the top tier people see many small players making these severs, all of a suddent they will make them as well. I wouldn't bet on it, and I know from experience how long server development takes. It's not that. The top tier people, i.e., IBM, Compaq, HP and of course Dell, are more closely tied to Intel than ever before. Now it's because of Itanium as well as Xeon. And, in these bad times, they won't afford spending the money or the cycles to even do a complete eval. on Athlon MP. Intel works, they go back to Pentium Pro days with them, the infrastructure is always there. The End. Tony
