AMER lawsuit update

Amer will be giving most of there customers free online time as part
of a settlement in 11 class-action lawsuits.
In the last 12 months AMER had a net income of 21.6 mil
if 25% of there customers get 5 free hours that would reduce
there rev. by 20.3 mil. or nearly all of the last 12 months earnings.
While 5 hours is just a guess, whatever the numbers, combined
with the new pricing stucture, & increased compitition should make
it very hard for AMER to show a net profit in the next year.
